With CenturyLink Hosting Services, customers can locate their Web servers in one or more of CenturyLink’s secure, state-of-the-art CyberCenter^® facilities, which are directly connected to the OC-48/OC-192 CenturyLink^™ Macro Capacity^® Fiber Network. CenturyLink offers a comprehensive suite of Hosting Services to meet virtually every customer need. These services include Dedicated Hosting solutions as well as flexible and comprehensive Managed Hosting Services. CenturyLink can also provide customized service for customers with unique support requirements.

Dedicated Hosting Service

Dedicated Hosting Service consists of space, power, and bandwidth and includes 24x7x365 call management and escalation procedures, along with periodic hardware checks (using ping) and e-mail problem notification. Dedicated Hosting Service is available in cages or half- and full-rack configurations. Charges are based on a per-rack/cage basis.
